Ramline Associates contractor fees are competitive, uncomplicated, and transparent. Unlike a lot of firms in this industry, our fees are visible and there are never any surprises. You will have everything you need to know from the get-go and be able to make sound decisions without having to dig for detail.
We are equipped to support and service our ICT Contractors with all the necessary payroll, insurances and support services that are necessary to stay comfortable and compliant in a contract engagement. Our plan is to get candidates engaged and stay engaged and if you, the Contractor is happy then we’ll will do our very keep it that way.
Self-find fees
Ramline Associates understands that people sometimes hone in on their professional networks and often find their own new opportunities. This can often produce the best outcomes for the Contractor and Client and we offer a reduced rate for these types of engagements.

At Ramline Associates we are open and transparent when it comes to fees, costs and sells rates. Below is a plain and simple example of what you can expect, no hidden costs, no secrets.
Contractor rate example:
- $100 per hour (including super) Contractor Pay Rate
- $12.00 Standard hourly fee (Payroll costs and Ramline Associates margin)
- $3.00 per hour (3%) to account for mandatory Workers Compensation, Public Indemnity and Public Liability insurance
- $6.85 per hour (6.85% in the ACT) to account for ACT Payroll Tax
Client Charge Rate = $121.85 per hour (ex-GST)
